Consultation with private schools to receive equitable services must be completed before the LEA submits its application to DPI. LEAs must upload a Private School Affirmation Form into WISEgrants for each private school in the school district boundaries.Prepare by reviewing the Consultation Toolkit for Private School Equitable Participation to better understand consultation expectations.
