Overview
Wis. Stats. s. 121.05(4) permits a school district to apply for and receive an adjustment to its equalization aid membership count for students living in certain group or foster homes on taxable property that were not counted for membership. Districts applying for an adjustment to its equalized aid membership count due to a student living in a group or foster home must submit a report to the State Superintendent by June 30.

Reports must be submitted using the PI-1589 Group and Foster Home FTE log and are due on or before June 30, 2025. PI-1589 forms submitted after this date will not be accepted.

Forms must be submitted using DPI's secure LiquidFiles file transfer system. Submissions sent by standard email will not be accepted due to the nature of the information within the report.
