- Mission Statement - The mission of the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) Bureau of School Financial Services is to calculate revenue limits, assure timely calculation and distribution of federal and state funds to public schools and other recipients and submit required state and federal financial reports, based on accurate data collected as required under state and federal laws.
