Final 2023-25 Biennial Budget
On July 5, 2023, Governor Evers signed SB-70, the 2023-25 state biennial budget, into law as 2023 Act 19 (with partial vetoes). The documents below summarizes action on the state budget for K-12 school funding, public libraries and lifelong learning, and the Department's operations.
