Annual Order Survey

Overview

Agencies participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and electing to receive USDA Foods must place their order for the following school year during the annual ordering period through the online WI USDA Foods Ordering System. The Annual Order Survey is open from mid to late February.

As you enter quantities in this tool, you preview how your entitlement will be drawn down when you enter your Annual Order Survey.
