Overview
Agencies participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and electing to receive USDA Foods must place their order for the following school year during the annual ordering period through the online WI USDA Foods ordering system. The Annual Order Survey is open from mid to late February.

School Year 2024-25 (Program Year 2025) - Survey Open Feb 12-29, 2024
- List of Direct Delivery (Brown-box) for SY 24-25 - includes product and packaging descriptions, months available, and entitlement value per case.
- List of State-Processed Products - includes product descriptions, portion information for CN crediting, servings per case, entitlement value per case, and processing fee per case.
- DoD Fresh Produce Program – includes program description, timeline, and FAQ. On the Annual Order Survey, SFAs enter the entitlement dollar value commitment for SY 2024-25 (minimum of $500).
- Cheese Rebate Program - includes list of participating processors, bulk product description, and program information.
- List of Direct Diversion Bulk Products - includes list of participating processors, bulk product descriptions, and value pass through options.
- Entitlement Value, Processing and Handling Charges for SY 24-25 - includes entitlement value and DPI fees for Direct Delivery products, Direct Diversion bulk products, and State Processing products. Note – Handling Fees will be finalized in July 2024.
