
The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) acknowledges the sovereign authority of the eleven federally recognized American Indian Nations of Wisconsin. DPI is committed to collaboration and partnership through formal government-to-government relationships, which help ensure that American Indian students, families, communities, and Nations have the resources and support they need to achieve academic success and be prepared for college and careers.
