Wisconsin public libraries are able to purchase high-quality program materials at a low cost through state-sponsored membership to the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP). CSLP invites you to embark on a journey of art and creativity, celebrating the myriad ways in which art enriches our lives. The program is designed to inspire and engage readers of all ages through a diverse array of artistic expressions. Wisconsin Public Library staff can access the Manual using a code available from their System Youth Consultant.
