Welcome to the Online Application System (OAS) for the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program (MPCP), the Racine Parental Choice Program (RPCP), and the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP). Schools participating in the program use OAS to manage student applications and statutorily required reports.

In order for a Choice administrator or designee to be granted access to OAS he/she must:

Be authorized by the appropriate administrator or board member;

Complete training(s);

Complete quiz(zes); and,

In most cases, submit a form to the DPI.
