Choice & SNSP Auditor In Depth Training

DPI provides in depth Private School Choice Programs (Choice) and Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP) auditor training through a series of virtual sessions. These trainings are open to all current auditors who would like a refresher on program requirements and auditors who are new to the program. Auditors may choose to attend one or more training dates.

Advanced training registration is closed. See the login information below. Individuals who did not register in advance for the training cannot use completion of Choice Overview, Applications & Enrollment Audit Training to satisfy the OAS Auditor Access Training requirement.

Financial Audit Training-Monday, June 24th from 12-4

Financial Audit Training

This training will:

  • Describe the financial audit requirements for the Choice program and SNSP, and
  • Explain how eligible education expenses are determined for the Choice program and SNSP.

SNSP Overview, Applications, and Transfer Requests Training-Wednesday, July 17th from 12-4

SNSP Training

This training will:

  • Provide an overview of the SNSP,
  • Explain the process for determining the eligibility of applications and transfer requests for the SNSP, and
  • Explain the enrollment audit requirements unique to the SNSP.

Choice training

This training will:

  • Provide an overview of the Choice programs,
  • Explain the enrollment audit requirements, and
  • Explain the process for determining the eligibility of applications for the Choice programs.

OAS Auditor Access Required Training

If an auditor who does not currently have access to the Online Application System (OAS) would like access, they must complete this training. The last question in the registration form will allow for you to indicate if you are using this training to meet the OAS Access Training requirement. You must attend the full training and complete at least 75% of the knowledge checks to receive credit for having completed the Auditor OAS Access Training.
