The enrollment audit report, with all required supporting documents, must be provided to the DPI by the following dates:
- Schools participating in WPCP or RPCP even if the school does not have any participants in either program: By May 1, 2026
- MPCP-only schools: By June 30, 2026
The report must be loaded to the Choice January 2026 Enrollment Audit Kiteworks folder. The submitted report should be named “{School Name on the Cover Page of the Enrollment Audit} Jan 2026 Choice Enroll Rpt”. All auditors on the auditor listserve and all Choice administrators will be given access to the folder. Please be aware you will not be able to see reports loaded by any other individual. Faxed, emailed, or mailed copies or links to Google docs will not be accepted. See the Kiteworks Instructions for information on how to load the report and set up your account.
