Evaluation Data is Not Transferable Between Employers
Employee Evaluation accounts cannot be transferred from one district to another. When an employee leaves one district, they can request PDF copies of their forms, but the evaluation data and account belong to the district and cannot be moved. The new district would need to create a new account for the user to include the new district email address. The previous district always needs to inactivate the user when the user leaves the district.
Reminder: New employees are to receive a full written evaluation their first year of employment, regardless of previous experience.
