Building a Foundation of Trust

One of the key principles of the learning-centered EE approach, a foundation of trust encourages educators to take risks and learn from mistakes. This brief online module provides details on EE processes that are opportunities and strategies for creating conditions of trust.

Principal Evaluation Rubric Training

A set of training modules designed to build a better understanding of the components of the Wisconsin Framework for Principal Leadership (WFPL) by analyzing the components within the context of typical work tasks for the principal or assistant principal.

It is recommended that this training is completed as an administrative team to build a common understanding of the WFPL.

LinkedIn Learning Professional Development Learning Library

DPI is offering free access to a large library of professional development materials to state model (Danielson Framework) districts from LinkedIn Learning for educators. This extensive library includes courses, videos, and other resources to support educators in meeting their professional practice goals, student learning objectives, and professional development.

Interested Wisconsin educators in a state model school district or independent charter school can sign up for a free subscription at LinkedIn Learning Subscription Sign-Up. Eligible subscribers will receive a confirmation email to activate the account. Please note that accounts are ended annually at the end of the fiscal year to ensure the availability of accounts.  Eligible users may reapply for accounts.

Evaluator Training, Certification, & Calibration

State (DPI) model evaluators of teachers fulfill initial certification or recertification requirements by successfully completing DPI-provided materials and activities.

Revised training and calibration materials for 2024-25 are available at Evaluator Training, Certification, and Calibration. These materials include a facilitation guide to support local group training!

DPI-model schools can access no-cost and low-cost services to provide EE support to:

  • build your school culture
  • center your EE System processes on learning
  • embed EE practices in your district goals and initiatives
  • develop your instructional leadership skills
  • design a combination of topics to meet your local needs
