Wisconsin Consolidated State Performance Reports

The Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR) is an annual report submitted to the U.S. Department of Education. The report is divided into two parts, which are submitted separately. For more information, visit the USDE CSPR webpage.

The CSPR includes data from the following Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) programs;

  • Title I, Parts A, C, and D
  • Title II, Part A
  • Title III, Part A
  • Title IV, Part A
  • Title V, Parts A and B
  • McKinney-Vento Act

The U.S Department of Education uses the information from the CSPR to:

  • Assess program performance;
  • Monitor States' implementation of the ESEA, and the extent to which States are meeting program and accountability goals;
  • Identify areas for technical assistance to States, and overall program improvement;
  • Inform other reporting and program evaluation requirements

Although no formal CSPR was required this year, most SY 2017-2018 CSPR data is available to the public, sortable by state, on ED Data Express. ​​​
