Cyclical Monitoring Annual Monitoring

 

General supervision system (including monitoring, complaints, hearings, etc.) identifies and corrects noncompliance as soon as possible but in no case later than one year from identification.

For current information regarding this indicator please review the APR.

Each year, the department reports, through the annual performance report, on any noncompliance identified during the previous year and whether that noncompliance was corrected within one year of identification. This includes annual and cyclical monitoring activities and annual data collections. For those indicators identified in the State Performance Plan as compliance indicators, the US Office of Special Education Programs set the targets to reflect 100% compliance (list below):
