2024-25 LEGACY TEACHER EVALUATION SETUP RESOURCES

STEP 1: Determine Your Setup Options

The resources below outline the updates to the legacy version of the Frontline configuration. Due to the flexibility of how individual professional practice improvement efforts may be documented, there are 3 options for configuration of the goal-setting forms from which to choose. Review the updated forms and determine your desired goal-setting setup.

Take action now! Late summer and early fall are busy for Frontline. Completion of the online form and/or rollover closer to the start of the school year may result in an increased timeline for completion of your setup.

STEP 3: Complete Rollover in June

Complete the annual finalization and rollover process as soon as the school year closes. Frontline will begin the work in your site after rollover is completed.

Note:  Modifications to DPI-created state model forms or configurations in the Frontline platform may result in a setup that falls outside the coverage of DPI’s contract for services with Frontline Education. The services required to complete or support customizations outside of DPI's contracted services may result in costs/charges to the district or charter, to be paid directly to Frontline. Local leaders should work with DPI regarding desired form or configuration customizations. We can assist with determining what options are available within the contract services.
