Live Meeting Information and Handouts

ISES Fall Training sessions are offered in August at CESAs throughout the state. Two on-line sessions are offered via Live Meeting, August 25th and September 9th.

The on-line sessions are held live using a web conferencing tool. The link to join the web-conference and dial-in instructions to join via phone conference call will be posted a few days prior to each session.

To join the 9/9 presentation, click here to join the conference or complete the following steps:

Please log-in 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Each presentation will start at the posted time.

To join the presentation by audio only, complete the following steps:

  1. Dial the toll-free conferencing service, 1-877-381-7791.
  2. When prompted, enter the participant code, 9564110724.

First-time Users:

To save time before the meeting, check your system to make sure it is ready to use Office Live Meeting. If the web-conferencing tool is not installed, then you will be prompted to do so. The install should take only a few minutes. If the tool is installed, then you will see a slide noting this fact. To close the check window, select 'Meeting' in the upper grey tool bar and scroll down to 'Exit'.

To join LiveMeeting without installing the client, a web-based client is available. Some users of the Office Live Meeting service cannot install or run the Windows-based meeting client, usually because their computer runs an operating system that is not compatible with the Windows-based meeting client, such as Linux or Apple Macintosh, or their PC is locked down and does not allow installation of new software.

To hear the audio portion of the web-conference, you will need to turn on the sound for your computer and use either speakers or a headset.

To participate by voice during the web conference, you will need a microphone installed on your computer. If you do not have a microphone, you will be able to post questions via a tool within the web-conference tool.

If you are unable to join via web-conference, you may listen to the audio portion of the presentation by using you phone. Dial the toll-free conferencing service directly, 877-381-7791, and enter the participant code listed above for the specific session.
