SOARING Project

Approaches to increase outcomes for students with individualized education programs (IEPs) in Wisconsin

Beginning in 2012 RSN Directors’ engaged in supporting school teams in a collaborative process with the goal of improving literacy outcomes for students with disabilities. The Students with disabilities Outcomes and Achievement Resources IDEA Network Grants (SOARING) project focused on reaching out to highest-need districts within CESA-regions and coordinating discretionary grant efforts to provide a comprehensive system of support.
