Child Care Recipes: Food for Health and Fun
Provided by USDA's Team Nutrition, this is the first major revision of the Quantity Recipes for Child Care Centers since 1979. This collection contains standardized recipes and kitchen tips that will help centers put together great tasting, nutritious meals that young children will love. The revised recipe collection includes 141 new recipes, 43 information cards which address a variety of food service topics, and a "Working with the Recipes" section which explains the recipes format and how to use them.
