Purpose of this exhibit
The items in this exhibit allow the review team to see the ways in which nondiscrimination notices, policies, and procedures are being communicated through materials directed toward broad groups of district stakeholders.
The following brochure provides general information and guidance from the US Department of Education on the various federal nondiscrimination laws and the related notification requirements:

Items needing to be provided
One copy each of current newspaper/magazine articles, newsletters, memoranda, bulletins, postings, or other written communications or materials for students, parents, employees, and unions that contain or address policies of nondiscrimination and complaint procedures.
