Purpose of this exhibit
The items in this exhibit will be used to see how well the district is meeting federal nondiscrimination requirements in its identification and assessment of LEP/EL students. The materials will be reviewed to ensure all required procedures and guidelines are being followed.
The following documents may be helpful when developing or updating procedures for identifying and assessing LEP/EL students:
