Area Code of Assignment: WISEstaff
Area Code denotes the staff member's general realm of assignment and related work subject/tasks. It must be a valid four-digit Area Code as found in the Position/Assignment table for the year reported. The acceptable Area Code format is four digits with padded leading zeros accepted, but not required.
When entering the Area of Assignment for subcontractors in the Enter Aggregate Staff data field, the options are limited to the following: Bus Driver, Special Ed Bus Driver, Cafeteria worker, and Maintenance worker.
USES: This data element links a particular staff member to the reported area of his or her position and assignment records in WISEstaff.
