Contact information: School Directory Management Portal
DPI requires contact information, including phone number (and extension if possible), fax number, email address, and the web address (i.e., the URL) for LEAs. This is collected both at the agency level and at the school/building level.
Component fields include:

Phone number: Please provide the 10-digit phone number (including area code) for the main district/agency level office.

If there are separate schools within your agency, you will also have to provide the phone number for each school building’s main office.

Fax Number: Please provide the 10-digit phone number (including area code) for the main district/agency level office.

If there are separate schools within your agency, you will also have to provide the fax number for each school building’s main office.

Email Address: Please provide the email address for the school district administrator.

If there are separate schools within your agency, you will also have to provide the email address for each school building’s main office, or for each building principal.

Web Address: Provide the web address for the district/agency.

If there are separate schools within your agency, you will also have to provide the web address for each school within the district/agency.
