This data element records the reliability of a student's Internet access in their primary residence. Internet performance quality determines whether the students can complete a full range of learning activities, including streaming video and uploading assignments without interruptions caused by poor Internet performance.
The question for this data element on the Digital Opportunity data collection is, "Can the student stream a video on their primary learning device without interruption?"
