School Status

School Status: PI-1207 Private School Report

The School Status data element indicates if a private school is open or closed for the current school year.

This information is found on the School Information screen of the PI-1207 Private School Report.Users are asked to choose the appropriate value for their school status:

  • The school will be in operation during the 20XX-(XX+1) school year.
  • The school will be closed prior to the 20XX-(XX+1) school year.

Once you have made your selection, click Save.

Open schools will continue adding more School Information on that screen, and then proceed to the Waivers screen of the PI-1207 Private School Report.

Closed schools will proceed to the Graduates screen of the PI-1207 Private School Report.

USES: This data element is used to collect required information from private schools.
