The WISEsecure Role field is optional for the 2025-26 school year. This data element will be deprecated for the 2026-27 school year and going forward.
This value indicates a person's WISEsecure role, which is connected to the Local Person ID.

USES: This data element is optional for Choice and public schools. This data element is used to designate the level of security access a user has to WISEhome applications based on the WISEsecure role.This data element is part of a staff member's WISEid record or Individiual Staff Record.
FAQs, Details, and Points to Note
- WISEhome Applications: All DPI WISEhome applications allow for a single sign-on using Google. You will find a Log in with Google button when logging in to an application. In order to use the single sign-on feature, you must have a district email that uses the Google domain. This district email address must be associated to your WAMs account and entered in the WISEid application Email Address field. Signing in via the Log in with Google button will allow you to work within any application for which you have access.
