Incident Date: Discipline
The Incident Date is the date the incident resulting in removal occurred.
The incident date must occur within the reporting school year and within an active enrollment period for the associated school.
Summer school enrollment should not be reported to WISEdata. As such, discipline which occurs during summer school is not submitted to DPI.
Incident Date is a required data element.
Date | Description/Comments |

Day | Day of the month in which the incident occurred. |
Month | Month of the year in which the incident occurred. |
Year | Year in which the incident occurred. |
USES: This data element is critical in tracking an incident to the correct timing and school year in which it occurred.

DOC, DHS, PPP: No discipline information should be submitted for students in a Department of Corrections or Department of Health Services school or enrolled as a parentally-placed private student.
