School Year (Assignment)
School Year: Roster, WISEstaff (Assignment)
School Year refers to the current school year using a four-digit year in CCYY format. For example, 2025.
School Year for Roster data is a reference that defines a particular school year for which Roster data is submitted. A four-digit school year is represented by the year in which the school year ends. For example, use 2026 to represent the 2026-2027 school year.
All the data should be submitted for the appropriate school year. WISEdata Portal defaults to the current school year for review.
Uses
This data element tracks information about a particular staff member's reported position and assignment records in WISEstaff to the correct school year.
