Sequence of Course: Roster
Sequence of Course is the order number when a course section is part of a sequence of multiple course parts. If the course has only one part, the value of this Section should be 1. This sequence number is always required.
Sections represent a setting in which organized instruction of course content is provided, in person or otherwise, to one or more students for a given period of time. A course offering may be offered to more than one section. This is collected at the school level.
USES: This data element ensures the accurate tracking of a class section and its coordinating curriculum.
