Student Participation Code: Discipline
Deprecated, as of the 2024-25 school year. Information below hold historical value. Deprecated data elements remain as published webpages for five years after the year they were deprecated (i.e., this page will be removed when the 2029-30 school year starts).
The Student Participation Code describes the role or participation type of the student in the discipline incident.
The student participation code ‘perpetrator’ is no longer required by DPI. LEAs may still see this code within their Student Information System (SIS), and LEAs may still submit this value. However, it will not display on WISEdata. The code will be visible in previous years' data.
USES: This data element assists with identifying which student caused the disruption by breaking a school rule.
