Event Description
Every private school in Wisconsin (Choice or non-Choice) must complete the PI-1207 Private School Report. The report is a requirement of Wis. Stat. Sec. 115.30(3) and 118.165(1). The deadline for the submission of this form, as defined by the state statutes listed here, is October 15 of each year.
