User Guide Update

We replaced the link to the older Google Drive “How-To” repository with the WISEdash for Districts: User Guides landing page. This update is on the Home page.

New Records in Early Literacy Screening dashboards

We added non-test records to the Early Literacy Screening dashboards in WISEdash for Districts.

Early Literacy Screening Dashboard

  • We added a Language filter to show English-speaking students, Spanish-speaking students, or both.
  • We fixed a bug to correct a sorting issue on the Summary metrics.

Career Education Snapshot Dashboards

  • “Advanced Credit Opportunities” now shows Project Lead the Way courses.

We refreshed data for the following items:

  • FFY 2024 Special Education Indicator data

  • 2024-25 Certified Per Pupil Expenditure data

  • 2024-26 Certified Private Enrollment data

  • 2025-25 Certified Private High School Completion data (download only)

We created a Homeless Dashboard on a new portal. This portal will eventually house all WISEdash Public dashboards.

WISEdash for Districts

We added card tools to the tables in the Early Literacy Screening Student Profile so that users can download data.

WISEdash Public Portal

We added a link to the new Homeless Dashboard in the new WISEdash Public Portal under Dashboards > Student Engagement > Homeless Dashboards.

WISEdash for Districts: 

  • We fixed a bug on the Early Literacy Screening dashboard where the legend was flipped on obscure cases.

  • We fixed a bug in the GED/HSED Student Profile where the second metric was displaying an error.

WISEdash Public Portal: 

  • We updated links on our ESSA page as directed by the Office of Educational Accountability.

  • The Early Literacy Dashboard now includes 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 data.
  • We updated web links throughout the portal.

WISEdash for Districts:

WISEdash Public Portal: 

We updated the portal with newly certified data from the 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years. These updates reflect the certified data submitted through the WISEdata December student snapshot. Data and dashboards part of this release include:

2025-26 School Year

  • Enrollment
  • October 1 Child Count
  • Graduation requirements (high school completion)

2024-25 School Year

  • Graduation Rate (high school completion)
  • Attendance (including absenteeism graphs)
  • Dropout rate
  • Discipline
  • AP Exams
  • ACT Graduates
  • Career and Technical Education

WISEdash for Districts

There is a new metric in PreACT Secure: Subscores dashboard comparing average subscores to statewide average subscores 2024-2025.

Per Pupil Expenditure data is available in WISEdash Secure.

Final ACT/PreACT Secure/Forward Rosters were delivered to the assessment vendors for 2025-26.

Updated links in Snapshot Dashboards Help

Snapshot Dashboards Help now points to the new WISEdash How-To: Use Dynamic Crosstabs. We also moved program-based links to data-based links for faster future edits.

Bug Fix: Student Participation Snapshot Dashboard

Dual Enrollment program types now display in “Technical Skills Attainment” charts in the Student Participation Snapshot Dashboard.
