This data element records whether a student faces a barrier to access the Internet in their primary residence. Not required for public or Choice schools but highly recommended.

This data element records the reliability of a student's Internet access in their primary residence. Not required for public or Choice schools but highly recommended.
Primary Learning Device Access
This data element records whether the student's primary learning device is shared or not shared with another individual. Previously referred to as "Device Access." Not required for public or Choice schools but highly recommended.
Primary Learning Device Away From School
This data element records what type of digital device the student uses as their primary learning device to complete learning activities away from school. Previously referred to as "Digital Device." Not required for public or Choice schools but highly recommended.
Primary Learning Device Provider
This data element records the provider of the primary learning device. Not required for public or Choice schools but highly recommended.
