ACT
- TAA opens. Begin entering accommodations requests.
WIDA ACCESS
- Administer Home Language Survey to all newly enrolled students
- Administer ELP Screener to students identified for Screening
- Update SIS with new ELP codes, changed ELP codes from Spring ACCESS or Reclassification
- Ensure staff have accounts at https://www.drcedirect.com/all/eca-portal-v2-ui/#/login/WIDA and https://wida.wisc.edu/login
DLM
- Activate KITE Educator Portal account for new users
- Clean up users in Educator portal. Must remove users that are no longer employed by the district or are no longer administering the DLM.
- Encourage educators to begin 2022-23 training

- Current DACs must clean up user prior years permissions in the DRC INSIGHT Portal. Remove permissions and inactivate any user no longer employed by the district
- Keep SIS current and regularly push data to WISEdata
