District Assessment Coordinators (DAC) are responsible for the coordination and oversight of all testing in the district. DACs must communicate all assessment and accountability information to district and school staff, ensure all staff are appropriately trained in test administration, test security, and accessibility policies and procedures. DACs are also responsible for ensuring all student information/demographics are correct in the district/school student information system (SIS) and pushed to WISE data by the necessary deadlines.
School Assessment Coordinators are responsible for coordination and oversight of all testing at the school level and serve as the contact person between the school and the DAC. SACs must communicate all assessment and accountability information to school staff, ensure school staff are appropriately trained in test administration, test security, and accessibility policies and procedures. SACs are also responsible for ensuring all student information/demographics are correct in the school student information system (SIS) and pushed to WISE data by the necessary deadlines.
