The following shows percentiles for the Fall 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013.
A percentile is the value of a variable below which a certain percent of observations fall. So the 20th percentile is the value (or score) below which 20 percent of the observations may be found. The term percentile and the related term percentile rank are often used in descriptive statistics as well as in the reporting of scores from norm-referenced tests.
These tables are intended to give an overview of Wisconsin score distributions on the WKCE from one year to the next and is not meant to be a reference for individual student scores. Because of rounding and reference, percentiles reported here will differ from student scores slightly. To look up an individual student's percentile rank, please refer to the relevant Individual Profile Report (IPR) or consult the Online Reporting System (ORS).
