The following documentation will be required prior to acceptance into the programs:
1. Documentation of nonprofit status (501c3 documentation)
2. Be formally recognized by the Department of Public Instruction as a school
3. Have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), issued by SAM.gov
4. Have a FEIN number, a copy of IRS document is required
