All School Food Authorities (SFAs) participating in the USDA School Meals Programs are required to submit an online contract through Online Services and update it annually. 

School Nutrition Online Contract Manual

  • The contract manual is for schools and RCCIs and includes step by step instructions for both existing and new SFAs. 

Permanent Agreement/Policy Statement 

  • This agreement includes the terms and conditions SFAs are asked to agree to when submitting the online contract.

Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number 

The federal government has adopted a policy requiring organizations to provide a DUNS number as part of federal grant applications. The link located to the right contains instructions for looking up or requesting a new DUNS number and how to report your DUNS number to DPI’s School Meals Programs.
