All School Food Authorities (SFAs) participating in the USDA School Meals Programs are required to submit an online contract through Online Services and update it annually.
- The contract manual is for schools and RCCIs and includes step by step instructions for both existing and new SFAs.
- This agreement includes the terms and conditions SFAs are asked to agree to when submitting the online contract.
Unique Entity ID (SAM)
All School Food Authorities (SFAs) that receive funding from the Federal government are required to have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). This includes SFAs that receive reimbursement for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child Nutrition Programs.
The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) must verify that each SFA participating in the USDA Child Nutrition Programs has a UEI. The UEI is collected and stored through Online Services.
