Yearly Progress Report (YPR)
All Wisconsin Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant Program (21st CCLC) Grantees are required to complete an end-of-year report known as the Yearly Progress Report (YPR). This submission is done via the WizeHive online portal. The primary contact for the grant will receive an email from the DPI 21st CCLC Team that will include a link to the form and instructions for completion.

- Budget Detail Form (only complete if sub-contracting more than 25% of award to single entity)
- YPR Guide for Cayen Users - 21st CCLC sites that have up‑to-date attendance data in Cayen Systems for in-person programming can download three reports from Cayen to generate answers to eight questions on the 2019-2020 YPR. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for downloading the reports in Cayen in the order the questions appear on the YPR.
