Lindsey is especially proud of the opportunities she has had to be involved in the Wisconsin Statewide Special Education Teacher Induction Program and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Grant. Her goal as an RSN Director is to support area districts in creating systems that support equitable opportunities for all students and families, as well as connect fellow directors to current legal/ethical guidance.

CESA 12 - Megan Peterson has been hired as the RSN for CESA 12. She has served as a Special Education Consultant, Instructional Coach, and Special Education Director for CESA 12 for the past two years and was a special education teacher in the Phillips school district from 2010-22. Megan received her Master’s Degree in Education. Her teaching career focused on working with PK-5 students with Emotional Behavioral Disabilities, as well as supporting and mentoring new special education teachers. Through all of this varied work, Megan maintains a focus on meeting each person where they are in the situation they are in and teaching them the skills they need to be successful and grow in their role. She firmly believes that the measure of her success comes from the success of those she teaches and supports.
