Link to take WI DPI and Wisconsin AEM Center Survey
This survey asks for feedback on resources developed by DPI and the CESA 2 Assistive Technology Forward project that includes the Wisconsin AEM Center. This survey has only four questions. Please share the survey with anyone responsible for the provision of AEM to students with IEPs.
The survey asks about what educators need to be able to identify the need for, match, and provide AEM to students. The survey also asks for feedback on the following resources. It is not required to have reviewed these resources to take the survey.
- AEM Decision Tree for IEP Teams (resource)
- Next Steps for Providing AEM (resource)
- AEM Videos from AT Forward Community of Practice (videos - scroll to AEM section)
- AEM Micro-credentials from AT Forward Micro-Credentialing Project (asynchronous online modules)
- Bulletin 20.02: Legal Requirements for Accessible Educational Materials for Eligible Students with Disabilities (guidance)
- DPI AEM webpage (webpage)
Thank you for helping us plan for resource development and technical assistance in 2024-25. This survey will be reviewed by DPI and CESA 2 AT Forward personnel.
