Jen Ledin will be taking on the role of Statewide Coordinator for the Regional Special Education Network (RSN). Jen has been an employee of CESA 12 in Ashland since 1998. She began her career as a teacher for students with hearing loss, working for an educational service agency in LaMoure, ND, and Sedalia, MO, before moving to CESA 12. She later became a transition coordinator and worked on several statewide transition grants and projects on behalf of CESA 12 before getting her Special Education Director license. She has served as the CESA 12 RSN for the past 8 years and has been the Director of Special Education for the Mellen school district for the past 5 years. Jen considers the RSN to be a critical special education partner across the state and is looking forward to moving RSN work forward, integrating continuous improvement efforts across special and general education.
