Transition Readiness Grant applications for the 2024-25 school year are due at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. School districts and charter schools under Wis. Stat .118.40(2r) and (2x) are eligible to compete for funding for FY 24 that supports evidence-based practices related to the successful transition from high school for students with individualized education programs. Interested applicants can find more information on the TRG Webpage. Please download the most current version of the TRG Application and Budget Summary before submitting. Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
