The School Calendar (PI-1505-Calendar) and School Census (PI-1505-Census) reports are now open in the SAFR portal at School Financial Services on your district’s “Non-Financial Data Home” page.
The School Calendar report is due August 18, 2023, and collects days and hours of instruction and other school calendar information from the 2022-23 school year. More information is available at Calendar-Days-Hours of Instruction.
The School Census report is due August 18, 2023, and collects the 2022-23 census count of resident children between ages 4 and 20. Details of this report (along with the Census Count Reasonability Check guide) can be found at Census Instructions.
The census data is used to determine your district’s allocation of Common School Fund monies in 2023-24. More information is available at Common School Fund.
