The DPI is currently seeking applicants for an Assistant Director of the School Financial Services team within the Division for Finance and Management.
This team is responsible for distributing over $6.5 billion in state and federal funds to public school districts and other local education agencies. This work is highly collaborative, team-oriented and focused on providing school districts with the resources they rely on to educate children. This position has the option to work up to 90% remote with required travel throughout the state. The employee is expected to have access to secure high speed Internet at remote work locations. The position is headquartered at 125 S. Webster Street in Madison, WI, and employees are required to report there on their first day of employment. Reimbursement for traveling to or from the employee’s headquarters is not provided (e.g., mileage, meals, parking, lodging, etc.). Remote work flexibility will be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
