As in previous years, DPI will release the October 15 certification of general school aids to school districts for 2020-21 at 10 a.m. this Thursday, October 15, 2020. Summary files and aid worksheets will be available on our aid certification page.
The SFS Team will also post a new prepopulated 2020-21 Revenue Limit worksheet to our worksheets page that includes data from the aid certification, PI-1563 Pupil Count and other reports, choice and charter enrollments, and other sources. The 2020-21 worksheet will be refreshed daily through early November. DPI makes prepopulated worksheets available as a service to districts; districts are responsible for verifying their worksheet data and ensuring their tax levies are correct.
Due to the extraordinary interest in this year’s Third Friday pupil counts, DPI will be issuing an additional press release and supporting information on that topic at the same time as the aid certification (10 a.m. Thursday). Headcount and FTE data for school districts, independent charter schools, and parental choice programs will be provided, with data from 2020 and previous years to help put this year’s data in context.
