Pupil Count Reconciliation Training

This training includes narrative information, short instructional videos, a walk-through, and examples of some common situations that may arise. It is designed to be viewed one section at a time in any order—you can choose what you need, or pause and pick it up later. The full training takes about half an hour.

A pupil count reconciliation is required to be on file with the district, but it cannot be completed until your district submits its January PI-1563 Pupil Count Report. This is a must-see training if you are new to this process.
